How DUDAO Brought Smart, Affordable Tech Accessories to the World
DUDAO is a mobile accessories brand founded in Guangdong, China. Since 2014, the company has focused on designing and producing essentials like charging cables, wireless chargers, Bluetooth headsets, and power banks. The goal has always been clear: to combine practical functionality with thoughtful design. From the beginning, Chris’s vision was to make technology more approachable. Having worked in consumer electronics for years, he noticed that many accessories were either too expensive or too complicated. DUDAO set out to change that, creating well-crafted products that could reach people everywhere, not just in big cities or high-end markets.
Facing the Challenges of Global Expansion
After years of success in China, DUDAO wanted to expand abroad. The brand already had more than 100 exclusive stores and 300 franchised counters at home, but entering markets like the United States, Germany, and India required more than good products.“We had the designs, the patents, the production team,” Chris explained, “but what we didn’t have was recognition overseas. We needed to tell our story in a way that international customers could understand and trust.”
Different countries also had different expectations. Customers in Europe valued eco friendly materials, while those in the U.S. looked for convenience and style. DUDAO had to adapt quickly without losing its identity.
Finding a Platform That Could Carry the Story
Instead of struggling with complex website builders or relying only on distributors, Chris turned to Genstore to create a direct online presence. From Factory Floor to Global Recognition
The new online store launched within a week. DUDAO connected it to international marketplaces and promoted it through social media campaigns. Early customers responded positively, praising the balance between quality and affordability.Sales picked up first in Asia and Europe, then steadily grew in the U.S. and other regions. DUDAO’s Bluetooth earphones and durable charging cables became bestsellers, especially among young professionals and travelers.
“Seeing our products being used in homes and offices thousands of miles away, it feels like we’re finally part of people’s everyday lives,” Chris shared.
With Genstore managing the backend, DUDAO is now focused on expanding its global product line and developing eco friendly materials for future accessories. The company’s next goal is to surpass consistent monthly overseas revenue milestones and secure long term partnerships in North America and Europe.
